I like having this documentary of our family weekly dinner menus. So here is what we are eating this week.
- Grilled Salmon (new recipe) ————- Loved! Will make again. Can’t find the link to the recipe.
- Broccoli Bites (new recipe) ————— Very good. May make again.
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan Casserole (new recipe) ——- Loved! Will make again.
Thursday: Grilled Shrimp
- Parmesan Chicken Bake (repeat) – I omit the salt and garlic powder and use plain greek yogurt
- Loaded Cauliflower Casserole (repeat)
With some planning and late night preparation, we have time to make all these meals. For example, Sunday night, I prepared the Broccoli Bite mixture. All we had to do Monday was scoop and bake.
